What kind of data is collected?
Collected data includes your game session time, the device model and operating system (e.g. Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android) you are using, events inside the game/application, geolocation reported by the device you are using, as well as any other info that the analytics service provider collects. How is the collected data used?
The data is used only for the purpose of better understand the users' behaviours and to study possible improvements of current and future games and applications.
A few examples of how data is used:
- Most users are failing to pass a certain part of the game. Maybe that particular part of the game is unbalanced and too difficult, so we should try changing that.
- The game/application is crashing on a specific device or misbehaving only on some devices. This information is very useful to keep making better products.
Is the data shared with third-parties?
We hate when companies and people share our info without permission. Hence, we do not share any data with anyone (except the company that actually collects and shares the data with us).
I do not want to share data with you. How can I opt out of tracking?
You can find and use an opt-out feature inside the game/application (usually located under options or help menu). In cases where there is no opt-out feature, tracking is disabled by uninstalling the application.
For paid games/applications and in-app billing, all billing and financial information is processed by third-parties (e.g. Google). We do not store customers' billing and/or financial information.
